Opportunity description

The procurement concerns the provision of routine winter maintenance services during the 2026/2027–2027/2028 period on the county roads pertaining to Lot 1 Beclean, Lot 2 Șieu and Lot 3 Lechința. The framework agreements concern the prevention and organization of interventions to combat black ice and snow accumulation on the county roads in Bistrița-Năsăud County, managed by the Bistrița-Năsăud County Council, in order to ensure the viability of the roads during winter. Note: The CA will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the date for submission of tenders. Pursuant to Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the CA's obligation to respond to requests for clarification is conditional upon the requests for clarification being submitted 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
