In order to ensure safe road traffic on county roads during winter, a series of services must be provided to combat ice and snow accumulation on county roads, including the prompt provision of information on road conditions to road users. The method of preventing and organizing interventions to combat ice and snow accumulation on county roads shall comply with the technical regulation “Normative regarding the prevention and combating of snow accumulation on public roads” designation AND No. 525 - 2013, approved by Order No. 2170 of 18.06.2013, issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, published in the Official Gazette of Romania No. 395 of 1 July 2013, as well as the specifications. The county road network and its classification by levels of viability and intervention during winter, on which snow-clearing services will be provided, are presented in the Annex to the specifications.
