Opportunity description

The public procurement procedure concerning “Procurement of IT support services for the development and evolutionary maintenance of the integrated management system for investment, control and integrity activities within MDLPA, relating to the management module for investments carried out by MDLPA through PNRR” aims to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of services, with a duration of 48 months. Deadline by which clarifications regarding the tender documentation may be requested: 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information related to the tender documentation 11 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders in the contract notice. The framework agreement for the provision of IT support services for the development and evolutionary maintenance of the integrated management system for investment, control and integrity activities within MDLPA, relating to the management module for investments carried out by MDLPA through PNRR, will run for a period of 48 months from the date of signing, with the following estimated characteristics: The total estimated value of the framework agreement is a minimum of 33,750.00 lei excluding VAT – a maximum of 1,080,000.00 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of a subsequent contract is: a minimum of 3,375.00 lei excluding VAT – a maximum of 270,000.00 lei excluding VAT. Framework agreement quantities: Minimum quantity under the framework agreement: 5 days/month X 6 months Maximum quantity under the framework agreement: 20 days/month X 48 months Minimum quantity of a subsequent contract: 1 day/month X 3 months Maximum quantity of a subsequent contract: 20 days/month X 12 months The detailed technical specifications can be found in the procedure’s Terms of Reference. Any results or rights, including copyright or other intellectual or industrial property rights, acquired in the performance of the contract will be the exclusive property of the Purchaser, which may use, publish, assign or transfer them as it deems appropriate, without geographical or other limitation, except in situations where such intellectual or industrial property rights already exist. The Service Provider will transfer the intellectual property rights, namely the source codes, to the Purchaser upon final acceptance of each Subsequent Contract. Procedure: open.
