The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of IT support services related to the Project and Program Management Module, implemented through ONE ERP. The public procurement procedure is launched for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement for a period of 4 years (48 months). The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators, with the award of subsequent contracts to be carried out without reopening the competition. • The maximum estimated value for the Framework Agreement is 1.687.500,00 lei excluding VAT, respectively 2.041.875,00 lei including VAT. • The minimum estimated value for the Framework Agreement is 52.734,37 lei excluding VAT, respectively 63.808,59 lei including VAT. • The maximum estimated value for a Subsequent Contract is 421.875,00 lei excluding VAT, respectively 510.468,75 lei including VAT. • The minimum estimated value for a Subsequent Contract is 5.273,43 lei excluding VAT, respectively 6.380,85 lei including VAT. • Frequency of subsequent contracts: it is estimated that a minimum of 4 subsequent contracts will be signed. The deadline by which clarifications regarding the procurement documentation may be requested: 16 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the procurement documentation on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of IT support services related to the Project and Program Management Module, implemented through ONE ERP, in accordance with the technical specifications in the tender specifications. • The duration of the framework agreement is 48 months, it will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators, and subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition. • The duration of the Subsequent Contracts will be a maximum of 12 months.
