Opportunity description

Procurement of integrated information system applications, including archiving and training services within the project “DIGITALIZATION OF BĂLCEȘTI CITY HALL ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE ADOPTION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS IN THE INTEREST OF CITIZENS” Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, only through SEAP, no later than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016. Insofar as requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the aforementioned deadline, the deadline by which the CA will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Procurement of integrated information system applications, including archiving and training services within the project “DIGITALIZATION OF BĂLCEȘTI CITY HALL ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE ADOPTION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS IN THE INTEREST OF CITIZENS” The general objective consists of improving the administrative capacity and the quality and efficiency of public services provided at the level of the administrative-territorial unit, for the benefit of citizens and companies, through investments in software solutions intended to streamline most of the current activities within the city hall and implement the “once-only” principle. This project and its objectives fall under Policy Objective 1 - A more competitive and smarter Europe, by promoting innovative and smart economic transformation and regional ICT connectivity, Priority 2 - Digitalization for the benefit of citizens and businesses, Specific Objective 1.2 - Harnessing the benefits of digitalization for citizens, companies, research organizations and public authorities, Action A - Digitalization for the benefit of citizens, and are aimed at the digital transformation of local/county public administrations. The general objective will be achieved by fulfilling the following specific objectives: Specific objective #1: supporting the digitalized operational activity of the city hall through the installation of reliable medium-term hardware solutions. Specific objective #2: installing and configuring software solutions that meet the city hall’s operational requirements, achieve sophistication level 5 and enable the interoperability of the city hall’s activities with other stakeholders involved in public administration. Specific objective #3: modernizing the digital public services made available to citizens through the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and SaaS solutions. Specific objective #4: Developing the knowledge and skills of UAT personnel with regard to optimizing work processes and using the IT solutions implemented within the project. Procedure: open.
