Opportunity description
The purpose of the procurement is to provide public digital services in order to increase efficiency in carrying out activities, reduce the time required to process requests for environmental assessment of plans and programs (SEA) and those concerning the environmental impact assessment of certain public and private projects (EIA), as well as to increase transparency in relation to applicants, affiliated institutions, and other third parties. For this purpose, a software solution is required that enables the complete digitalization of the aforementioned processes and simple and rapid collaboration among members of the institution, associated institutions, and applicants. This software solution will enable applicants to collaborate interactively and entirely digitally via a dedicated web component populated with “self service” electronic forms that will enable the collection, registration, and collaboration on the data and documents exchanged throughout the two processes. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
