Contract for the supply of “IT equipment and software solutions” within the project “DIGITALIZARE@ICFundeni” No. 2088/169/1.3.3/13.03.2025, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan,, under call MS-733 relating to Component C7 – Digital transformation I3. Development of the eHealth and telemedicine system, Specific Investment I3.3. – Investments in information systems and in the digital infrastructure of public healthcare units are aimed at implementing integrated hospital information systems (SIS)., in the quantities specified in the tender specifications. NOTE: Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes 1 deadline by which it will provide a clear and complete response to tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
