Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply, implementation, configuration, commissioning and, where applicable, training of users for a software platform based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, intended to optimize and automate the processes specific to the activity of the contracting authority. The solution will include the necessary licenses, implementation, configuration and integration services with existing systems, as well as technical support and maintenance services for the period specified in the procurement documentation. The platform must enable the use of artificial intelligence-based functionalities for the analysis, processing and management of information, in accordance with the technical and functional requirements set out in the specifications. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The Authority’s deadline for responding to requests for clarification/additional information – the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The procurement concerns the supply, implementation, configuration and commissioning of a software solution based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, intended to support and optimize the activities carried out by the contracting authority through process automation, information analysis and processing, as well as assisting users in carrying out specific activities. The contract includes, where applicable: - supply of the necessary software licenses; - implementation and configuration of the solution in the contracting authority’s infrastructure, in accordance with the requirements of the specifications; - testing and commissioning of the solution; - training of personnel designated by the contracting authority; - provision of technical support, maintenance and software update services during the contractual period.
