The subject of the contract is the provision of the licenses and subscriptions necessary for the operation of the audio-video telecommunications infrastructure, as well as the extension of the equipment warranty. Technical assistance and on-site maintenance services will also be provided for implementing software version updates when they become available, as well as diagnostic and remediation services to resolve problems reported by the contracting authority.
