Opportunity description

The contracting authority intends to conclude a product supply contract whose subject is the purchase of 2 sets of SPECIAL-PURPOSE VEHICLES FOR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE- so that the conditions established under the project ROUA00211-Safe Borders- Upgrading the Telecommunications and drone detections system” funded through the Interreg Romania-Ukraine Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 are met. The contracting authority will conclude a supply contract with installation service included, with a single economic operator. The contract implementation period will be 6 months from the date of signature by the last party, and the period for supplying the products with included installation services that are the subject of the contract is 120 DAYS from the date of signature by the last party. Quantity planned to be purchased: 2 COMPLETE SETS OF SPECIAL-PURPOSE VEHICLES FOR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, once, on the 5th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests were submitted within the period mentioned in SECTION I, namely 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, as follows: – Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders until which clarifications may be requested: 10; – Deadline for the authority's response to requests for clarification/additional information – the 5th day; In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning the procurement documents / responses formulated when conducting public procurement contract award procedures by electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached in the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, since these will become public when the contracting authority sends the response!
