Special-purpose vehicles are being procured to equip the Milișăuți Voluntary Service for Emergency Situations, a procurement necessary for the implementation of project ROUA00432 – Be preventive - Support the intervention capacity in case of natural and man-made disasters / Supporting the intervention capacity in case of natural and man-made disasters, financed through the Interreg NEXT VI-A Romania–Ukraine Programme 2021–2027, Contract code: 269020. The vehicles covered by this procedure are: LOT I 1. Fire engine (intervention vehicle-double cab: 5+1 seats, 4 doors, minimum water tank capacity 4000 litres) 2. UTV with water and foam for rescuers LOT II 1. Tractor All details can be found in the Technical Specifications. The requirements in the Data Sheet shall prevail. We specify that the estimated prices for each vehicle will not exceed the ceiling specified in the documentation, namely: - Fire engine (intervention vehicle-double cab: 5+1 seats, 4 doors, minimum water tank capacity 4000 litres) 1,390,907.70 lei excluding VAT - UTV with water and foam for rescuers 126,444.30 lei excluding VAT -Tractor 337,186.50 lei excluding VAT. Any financial offer exceeding the maximum ceiling for each of the vehicles covered by this procurement shall result in the exclusion of the tenderer.
