Opportunity description

The contract(s) intended to be awarded under this procedure will concern the purchase of laboratory equipment (monitoring system, spectrophotometer, grinding machine and pyranometer with accessories) required for carrying out the activities of the project “Research Centre of Excellence for High Efficiency in Energy Use (HefEU)”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0154. The purchase of the equipment is necessary for carrying out the research, measurement, monitoring and experimental analysis activities provided for under the project. Under this procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude one or more supply contracts with a total estimated value of 978,999.96 lei excluding VAT, corresponding to position 1 of the procurement programme of the project “Research Centre of Excellence for High Efficiency in Energy Use (HefEU)”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0154. Note: The delivery/supply period must not be confused with the contractual duration. The delivery/supply period represents exclusively the period allocated to the actual completion of the delivery/supply. By contrast, the contractual duration includes, in addition to the delivery/supply period, an additional period of 2 months intended for carrying out the subsequent stages, namely acceptance and the making of the related payments. Example: If the supply/delivery period is 8 weeks (2 months), the total duration of the contract will be 4 months, resulting from adding the 2 months relating to supply/delivery to the additional period of 2 months required for acceptance and the making of payments. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 7 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: on the 5th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Under the contract intended to be awarded, a spectrophotometer will be supplied, required for carrying out the research activities under the project “Research Centre of Excellence for High Efficiency in Energy Use (HefEU)”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0154, in accordance with the technical specifications in the Tender Specifications. Under the contract intended to be awarded, a pyranometer with accessories will be supplied, required for carrying out the research activities under the project “Research Centre of Excellence for High Efficiency in Energy Use (HefEU)”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0154, in accordance with the technical specifications in the Tender Specifications. Under the contract intended to be awarded, a grinding machine will be supplied, required for carrying out the research activities under the project “Research Centre of Excellence for High Efficiency in Energy Use (HefEU)”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0154, in accordance with the technical specifications in the Tender Specifications. Under the contract intended to be awarded, an aerosol deposition monitoring system will be supplied, required for carrying out the research activities under the project “Research Centre of Excellence for High Efficiency in Energy Use (HefEU)”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0154, in accordance with the technical specifications in the Tender Specifications.
