Opportunity description
The context for initiating this public procurement procedure arises from the need to equip the Moneasa Sports Base, this being part of the strategy to revitalize the Moneasa resort. The procurements are necessary for equipping and ensuring the optimal operation of the sports field at the Moneasa Sports Base, taking into account the current condition of the equipment and the lack of equipment compliant with the minimum requirements for operating a field intended for sports activities. Through the procurement of this equipment, the aim is to ensure an adequate playing surface, safe and functional equipment, as well as an appropriate level of protection for users and adjacent areas. The proposed equipment contributes directly to increasing participant safety, ensuring the durability of the playing surface and enabling sports activities to take place in an organized setting, regardless of the conditions of use. At the same time, the introduction of lighting systems and perimeter fencing allows the field to be used for an extended period of time, reducing the risks associated with activities carried out in the absence of these essential elements. Through this procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority seeks to modernize and capitalize on the sports infrastructure of the sports base, thus contributing to increasing the attractiveness of the area and promoting sports and recreational tourism. !!! In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation is no more than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 161 of Law 98/2016. !!! The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make amendments to the contract pursuant to the provisions of Article 221 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
