Opportunity description

Under this procedure, the procurement of sports equipment is sought, with the minimum technical specifications provided in Annex No. 1, Annex No. 2, Annex No. 3, Annex No. 4 and in the estimated quantities provided in the same annexes to the Specifications, divided into 4 lots, as follows: LOT 1 - SPORTS SHOES LOT 2 - SPORTS SHORTS LOT 3 - SPORTS T-SHIRT LOT 4 - SPORTS TRACKSUIT Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority - purchaser establishes the deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, and by which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The Contracting Authority - purchaser will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications was established so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the procurement documentation and, subsequently, to prepare tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority - purchaser. Note: The Contracting Authority is not required to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline established in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet.
