The duration of the contract is 88 months and includes: • The implementation period of the investment is 840 days, of which the provision of design services is 150 days and the duration of the execution works is 720 days, with an overlap between the duration of the provision of design services and the duration of the execution works.  performance guarantee period for the works: 60 months The design services shall be provided within 150 days from the start date, notified through the Administrative Order to Commence the design services:  150 days from the Start Date of the design activities, notified through the Administrative Order to Commence the design activities, an order that shall be issued within 15 days from the signing of the Contractual Agreement (under clause 33.1 of the Contractual Agreement template), of which: • 60 days - for the Technical documentation phase for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.), including any studies and documentation necessary for preparing the D.T.A.C., the documentation necessary for obtaining the endorsements and approvals for issuing the Building Permit, Technical documentation for authorizing the execution of the organization of works – D.T.O.E.; The periods required to obtain the endorsements and approvals and the period required to obtain the building permit are not included in the service provision period. Within the allocated period, the Contractor must submit the documentation necessary for obtaining the endorsements and the Building Permit; • 90 days - for preparing the Technical execution project, verified in accordance with the legal provisions regarding quality requirements by specialists certified by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration under the conditions of the law, Specifications, Execution Details, of which: o 30 days – from obtaining the Building Permit - for preparing the Infrastructure Technical execution project (all specialties), verified in accordance with the legal provisions regarding quality requirements by specialists certified by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration under the conditions of the law, Specifications, Execution Details; The periods required for project approval are not included in the service provision period.  The works shall be executed within 720 days from the issuance of the order to commence the execution works.
