Sector 6 of the Municipality of Bucharest (Sector 6 City Hall) plans, organizes, and completes the occasional joint procurement procedure in accordance with Art. 44 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, in the name of and for the users defined below, as well as monitoring the framework agreement and the centralized subsequent contracts, together with them: 1. General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Sector 6; 2. Administration of the Public Domain and Urban Development Sector 6; 3. Commercial Administration Sector 6; 4. General Police Directorate Sector 6; 5. European Cultural Center Sector 6; 6. Administration of Schools Sector 6; 7. “Saint Nectarie” Multifunctional Health Center Sector 6; 8. Directorate for Records of Persons Sector 6; 9. General Directorate of Local Taxes and Fees Sector 6; 10. Military Center Sector 6. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 1,840,000 lei excluding VAT. The requested products that are the subject of this procurement procedure, in the minimum/maximum quantities and with the technical characteristics, are included in Annex No. 1 to these tender specifications. The list of requested products and their characteristics can be found in Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications. The products shall comply with the provisions of the legislation and regulatory acts in force on the delivery date. If the legislation is amended during the performance of the framework agreement, the supplier undertakes to comply with the new legal provisions, without involving the contracting authority in any way.
