The subject of the procurement is the supply of still water for water dispensers, as well as the provision of equipment for its distribution (water dispensers and reusable bottles), in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. Deadline for receipt of requests for clarification: 18 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Articles 160 and 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 and Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by interested economic operators through SEAP, by the deadline established for submitting requests for clarification.
