Delegation of the management of the public sanitation service in the municipality of Petroșani for the following activities: 1. Sweeping, washing and sprinkling public roads in the locality, including the collection and transport of soil and stone waste from public roads to waste disposal sites, as well as waste from street bins to waste disposal sites and/or treatment facilities; 2. Clearing and transporting snow from public roads in the locality and keeping them operational during icy or freezing conditions. The purpose of the public service procurement contract is to ensure the proper performance of the two activities that fall within the scope of community public utility services. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161(2) of Law No. 98/2016, by means of a consolidated response, provided that the requests for clarification are submitted within the specified time limit. Delegation of the management of the public sanitation service in the municipality of Petroșani for the following activities: 1. The activity “Sweeping, washing and sprinkling public roads in the locality, including the collection and transport of soil and stone waste from public roads to waste disposal sites, as well as waste from street bins to waste disposal sites and/or treatment facilities” comprises the following categories of services: - manual sweeping of roadways and sidewalks; - mechanized sweeping of roadways; - mechanized sweeping of sidewalks; - manual cleaning of gutters; - sprinkling of roadways; - washing of roadways and sidewalks; - management of waste collected from street bins. 2. The activity “Clearing and transporting snow from public roads in the locality and keeping them operational during icy or freezing conditions” comprises the following categories of services: - manual snow clearing, including public passenger boarding and alighting stations and shelters; - mechanized snow clearing using specialized vehicles/machinery equipped with a blade/plow; - loading and transport of snow; - mechanical spreading of anti-skid material, consisting of salt and sand; - mechanical spreading of anti-skid material, consisting of salt; - manual spreading of anti-skid material, consisting of salt; - mechanical spreading of anti-skid material, consisting of salt with injection of calcium chloride solution; - manual spreading of anti-skid material, consisting of salt mixed with solid calcium chloride.
