The Municipality of Suceava obtained non-reimbursable funding for the project „„Rehabilitation, modernization and equipping of the educational infrastructure for vocational and technical education at Samuil Isopescu Technical College and adaptation of the education system to technological developments”, SMIS code 311917’’,, funded under Priority 6 – North-East – An Educated Region, North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027. The main purpose of the project is to increase the quality and attractiveness of the educational process at "Samoil Isopescu" Technical College by equipping its laboratories with specific furniture and teaching materials, as well as IT equipment, with a view to acquiring skills and learning relevant to the labor market. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarification submitted by the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
