The Municipality of Suceava obtained non-reimbursable funding for the project „Rehabilitation, modernization and equipping of the educational infrastructure for vocational and technical education at Alexandru Ioan Cuza Technical College and adaptation of the education system to technological developments”, SMIS code 317839’,, funded under Priority 6 – North-East – An Educated Region, North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027.. The main purpose of the project is to increase the quality and attractiveness of the educational process at "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Technical College by equipping its practical training workshops with specific furniture and teaching materials, as well as IT equipment, with a view to acquiring skills and learning relevant to the labour market. The subject of this procedure is equipping the workshops with teaching materials. The furniture and IT equipment were purchased under a previous procedure. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarification submitted by the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
