Opportunity description

The procurement concerns technical assessment, analysis and testing services for the technical condition of industrial and hydrotechnical constructions and structures with a nuclear safety function/safety-related structures of Cernavodă NPP and their behaviour over time, with a detailed presentation of the conclusions, recommendations for improvement and compensatory measures necessary for carrying out the monitoring and ageing management program related to them, within a contractual period of 45 months, of which 38 months are for actual service provision. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by this established deadline. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The requested services will be carried out for Units 1 and 2 over a period of 45 months and consist of the following activities: 1) Assessment/analysis/testing activities for industrial constructions at: 1.1) Reactor Building; 1.2) Nuclear Auxiliary Services Building (CSAN), including the Spent Fuel Pools; 1.3) Integrated Building (including the Electrical Section and Degasser Section); 1.4) Enrichment Tower; 1.5) Emergency Filtered Containment Ventilation System Building; 1.6) Emergency Water Source (EWS) Building, including the concrete structure of the intake; 1.7) EPS-SCR Building; 1.8) High Pressure Emergency Core Cooling (HPECC) Building; 1.9) Intermediate Radioactive Solid Waste Storage Facility (DIDSR) Buildings; 1.10) Water Treatment Station (STA) Building; 1.11) 110 kV station building. 2) Assessment/analysis/testing activities for hydrotechnical constructions/structures with a nuclear safety function (or important to nuclear safety)/safety-related structures at: 2.1) Screen House; 2.2) Pump House, 2.3) Distribution Basin; 2.4) Cold-water channels and pipelines; 2.5) Hot-water channels and pipelines; 2.6) Siphoning and switching basin; 2.7) Tunnel (related to U1 and U2) and hot-water discharge channel to the Danube (Seimeni Canal). The activities will be completed through the preparation of 17 deliverables by the Service Provider.
