Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the provision of CV-CS-01 - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WORKS SUPERVISION AND PUBLICITY WITHIN THE “REGIONAL PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE IN COVASNA COUNTY” services. NOTE: -The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which interested economic operators may request clarifications is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. -Deadlines by which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification/additional information: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The subject of the contract is the provision of CV-CS-01 - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WORKS SUPERVISION AND PUBLICITY WITHIN THE “REGIONAL PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE IN COVASNA COUNTY” services. Activity A - Technical Assistance for Project Management, including: o Activity 1 - Support in Project management and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Project Implementation Unit within the RO – provision of managerial support for the administration of the Financing Contract; o Activity 2 - Updating the sludge management strategy; o Activity 3 - Updating the industrial wastewater management strategy; o Activity 4 - Development of a modern hydraulic modeling system for water supply and sewerage systems; o Activity 5 - Development of a modern system for managing the detection of water losses and the reduction of infiltration in the Project area; o Activity 6 - Implementation and managerial control of SCADA solutions; o Activity 7 - Development of the GIS system for water supply and sewerage systems; o Activity 8 - Updating the county Master Plan; o Activity 9 - Adoption of the action plan for the protection of water sources Activity B – Ensuring Project Publicity and Informing the Public Activity C - Supervision of works contracts, including: o Activities in the pre-construction phase; o Activities during the construction period; o Activities during the acceptance period upon completion of the works; o Activities during the Warranty Period. Proper implementation of the contract must lead to the successful completion, in terms of quality, costs and execution schedules, of the 10 works contracts within the Project. The service provider will provide the services related to the contract in accordance with the requirements imposed by the procurement documentation.
