Romania – Technical assistance services – Consulting and technical assistance services during the evaluation of the funding application and implementation of the INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN BRAȘOV COUNTY project

Opportunity description

Through the "Integrated Waste Management System in Brașov County" project, which will be financed through the PDD, the investments required in the short term, identified on the basis of the County Waste Management Plan, as well as other potential investments identified in the feasibility study, will be carried out. The investments estimated to be carried out will be in accordance with the actions supported through the PDD Guide for Priority 1 - Development of water and wastewater infrastructure and the transition to a circular economy, Specific Objective RSO2.6. Promoting the transition to a circular and resource-efficient economy. The selected alternative will have to comply with the provisions of the County Waste Management Plan for Brașov County 2020-2025. The activities to be performed under the service contract are detailed in the specifications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests are submitted within the time limit provided for in section I.3) of the data sheet, namely 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The general objective of the consulting and technical assistance services is to provide support during the evaluation of the funding application and implementation of the "INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN BRAȘOV COUNTY" project in accordance with the conditions of the financing contract. Specific objectives: Specific Objective 1: Technical assistance during the evaluation of the funding application and the contracting carried out by MIPE-AM PDD Specific Objective 2: Preparation of procurement documents for the public procurement contracts within the SMID Project Specific Objective 3: Specialized technical assistance during the procurement procedures, until the public procurement contracts are awarded and signed Specific Objective 4: Support in project management, namely for the implementation of the Project Specific Objective 5: Technical assistance for the delegation of sanitation activities within SMID in Brașov County Procedure: open.
