“Technical support, corrective and evolutionary maintenance services for the integrated information system of the National House of Public Pensions” In order to ensure use at optimal parameters and in accordance with the standards and specifications of the CNPP integrated information system, but also to add value to this system, it is imperative to ensure the system’s sustainability. The activities to be carried out are as follows: - Resolution of application malfunctions (Bug-fixing); - Data corrections when errors are found in the system’s functionality caused by data inconsistencies or corruption; - Administration of the equipment on which the information system applications are installed (Oracle); - Administration of the equipment on which the information system applications are installed (non-Oracle); - Administration of networking equipment; - Microsoft infrastructure administration services During the maintenance period, the successful tenderer must carry out the following activities: a. Periodic meetings regarding the analysis and discussion of identified problems; b. Maintenance and proper operation of the information system at the agreed parameters (functionality, availability and data integrity) by checking the solution. i. Database administration, ii. Process administration, Database backup and restoration (back-up/restore): iv. Database performance monitoring: the supplier will monitor the performance of the databases related to the CNPP integrated information system in order to analyze potential problems and identify remediation methods. v. The service provider will monitor the security of the data stored within the databases related to the CNPP integrated information system and will ensure that access to such data, as well as to the objects stored within the database, can only be performed using the application authentication mechanisms (predefined roles). ii. Application backup and restoration: the supplier will maintain and monitor the backup procedure for the application modules within the CNPP integrated information system. iii. Installation of new versions of the applications resulting from the remediation of software manufacturing defects. d. The existing Micorosoft infrastructure within CNPP is characterized by a high degree of complexity, comprising several types of services and systems, distributed across different locations and at various stages of technological updating. In this regard, at least the following stages must be completed: i. analysis of the requirements and the impact of updates/modifications on the Orizont integrated information system following the implementation of amendments and additions to the legislation in force; ii. development of new modules or functionalities or modification of existing ones following the implementation of the aforementioned legislative amendments and additions, in a manner that ensures compatibility with both the current system (Orizont) and the future one (Phoenix) iii. testing of the applications developed following the implementation of the requirements; iv. staff training for the newly implemented functionalities; v. updating the documentation according to the modifications/new functionalities implemented. 6.3.2. Implementation of other legislative amendments or specific requirements for modifying the applications In this regard, at least the following stages must be completed: i. analysis of the requirements and the impact of updates/modifications on the Orizont integrated information system following the implementation of amendments and additions to the legislation in force; ii. development of new modules or functionalities or modification of existing ones following the implementation of the aforementioned legislative amendments and additions. iii. testing of the applications developed following the implementation of the requirements; iv. staff training for the new functionalities implemente According to the tender specifications Procedure: open.
