IT Services related to the Maintenance of the Phoenix Integrated Information System The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded over the entire period of the framework agreement: 1.738.800,00 lei (12 months). Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded over the entire period of the framework agreement: 368.000,00 lei (1 month). Assistance, technical support and maintenance services for ORACLE and MySQL databases, AIX and SOLARIS operating systems, Tivoli back-up, ORACLE VM virtualization system: - minimum 10 person-days; - maximum 56 person-days, 2. Technical assistance and application system maintenance services: - minimum 70 person-days; - maximum 360 person-days, 3. Technical assistance and maintenance services for adapting and developing the solution in response to legislative and business changes: - minimum 80 person-days; - maximum 340 person-days. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreement: 1. Assistance, technical support and maintenance services for ORACLE and MySQL databases, AIX and SOLARIS operating systems, Tivoli back-up, ORACLE VM virtualization system: - minimum 80 person-days; - maximum 112 person-days, 2. Technical assistance and application system maintenance services: - minimum 560 person-days; - maximum 720 person-days, 3.
