Conclusion of framework agreements for the companies within the PPC Group ( RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA, PPC ENERGIE , PPC RENEWABLES ROMANIA, PPC - PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION ROMANIA , PPC Advanced Energy Services Romania SRL, and PPC Blue Romania SRL) for mobile telephone and data transmission services, comprising the following categories of services: 1.mobile telephone services (including mobile data), 2.fixed telephony (main connections and backup connections), 3.communication services for the Call Center (Telverde), 4.SMS Gateway, 5.Fax to Email. For each lot, the estimated quantities are presented in Annex 7-Price Summary and represent: 1.Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreement Estimated minimum framework agreement quantities = Estimated volume of services for a period of 12 months Estimated maximum framework agreement quantities = Estimated volume of services for a period of 36 months 2.Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: Estimated minimum subsequent contract quantities = Estimated volume of services for a period of 1 month Estimated maximum subsequent contract quantities = Estimated volume of services for a period of 12 months 3.Estimate of the total minimum and maximum value of the framework agreements: Estimated minimum framework agreement value = 11.589.837,28 RON, excluding VAT Estimated maximum framework agreement value = 33.857.771,85 RON, excluding VAT\ 4.Estimate of the value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement: Lot 1-Main: PPC ENERGIE (PPE) = 6.175.800,72 RON, excluding VAT Lot 2-Backup= RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA = 123.630,48 RON, excluding VAT 5.Estimated value of subsequent contracts awarded at the same time, corresponding to a period of 12 months: Lot 1-Main = 11.446.880,56 RON, excluding VAT Lot 2-Backup = 142.956,72 RON, excluding VAT The estimated value does not represent an obligation for the Purchaser; invoices will be issued based on actual consumption, in accordance with business needs.
