Economic operators may request clarifications 15 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarification/additional information. The lists of quantities of services to be provided are attached to the specifications for each individual lot. The operations consist of: - felling, cross-cutting, gathering, skidding/forwarding to the primary landing; - clearing the logging sites, in accordance with the Instructions approved by OMMP No. 1540/2011, as subsequently amended and supplemented; - sorting the timber at the primary landing into industrial wood and firewood and/or industrial assortments, as well as cross-cutting and preparing it for loading. - if the technological project also provides for the road transport of the timber to the depot, this will be carried out based on the rate applicable to the transport operation for the assortments and quantities established by the beneficiary in Chapter E of the technical logging project (PTE) - other operations in accordance with the PTE Timber harvesting is carried out by economic operators certified for forestry harvesting, as well as by natural persons under the conditions provided for in Art. 101 para.
