The procurement is divided into lots as follows: 9 lots, each lot representing a harvesting parcel and totaling a volume of 897.05 cubic meters for which harvesting services are requested. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. NOTE: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline established in Section I.3 of the instructions to tenderers.
