Supply of toilet paper and paper towel rolls, according to the specifications. -The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. -The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. II.1.5) Total estimated value: The estimated value of the current procedure is 1927400 lei excluding VAT. In estimating the value, the prices offered on the market in the field of the subject matter of the contract were taken into account, considering the total amount payable, excluding VAT, and previously concluded contracts. The maximum estimated value of the supply framework agreement is 1927400 lei. The maximum estimated value may be exceeded, depending on needs and allocated funds, under the same contractual conditions, in compliance with the legal provisions, namely Art. 221 para. 1, letters a and c of Law 98/2016. The maximum value of the framework agreement, following the 50% increase, for each individual lot, regardless of the individual quantities of the products forming the lots, may be: - Lot 1: 750000 + 375000 (50% of 750000) = 1125000 lei excluding VAT - Lot 2: 1177400 + 588700 (50% of 1177400) = 1766100 lei excluding VAT. The total maximum estimated value of the framework agreement increased by 50% could be 2891100 lei excluding VAT. Toilet paper will be purchased, according to the specifications 1.1. Toilet paper roll for dispenser - min 10 pcs – max 120000 pcs, quantity under the largest subsequent contract 15000 pcs 1.2. Small toilet paper roll – min 10 pcs – max 60000 pcs, quantity under the largest subsequent contract 7500 pcs. Paper towel rolls and folded bathroom towels will be purchased, according to the specifications 2.1. Paper towel roll min 10 pcs – maximum 32000 pcs, quantity under the largest subsequent contract 4000 pcs 2.2.
