Opportunity description

The object of the contract is determined by the need to purchase toners for MDLPA photocopiers and printers for the period 2026-2028. The award procedure will be completed by concluding a framework agreement with a maximum of 3 economic operators, with subsequent contracts to be awarded by reopening competition among the economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement. Maximum and minimum quantities for each type of product The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of consumables for the framework agreement are:  Minimum 3,360 pcs.  Maximum 6,720 pcs. The minimum and maximum quantities of consumables that will be the subject of a subsequent contract are:  Minimum 107 pcs.  Maximum 3,360 pcs. Estimated value of the framework agreement: • Minimum estimated value of the Framework Agreement: 1,787,765.04 lei excluding VAT, and 2,163,195.70 lei including VAT. • Maximum estimated value of the Framework Agreement: 3,575,530.08 lei excluding VAT, and 4,326,391.40 lei including VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is 1,787,765.04 lei excluding VAT, and 2,163,195.70 lei including VAT. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is 84,549.43 excluding VAT, and 102,304.81 lei including VAT. It is anticipated that approximately 6 subsequent contracts will be concluded during the term of the framework agreement, with the estimated duration of a subsequent contract being: maximum 12 months. The deadline by which clarifications regarding the award documentation may be requested: 16 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information concerning the award documentation on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
