Opportunity description

The framework agreement is for the supply of cartridges and consumable accessories for printers and multifunction equipment, with the supplier being required to ensure free transport of the product to the headquarters of the contracting authority, specified in point II.1.3. Requests for clarification from potential tenderers shall be made 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The subject matter of the framework agreement is the supply of cartridges and consumable accessories for printers and multifunction devices in accordance with the specifications. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: under the framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be concluded on a monthly basis, depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the allocated budgetary funds. The estimated quantity for a subsequent contract is a minimum of 10 cartridges and a maximum of 180 cartridges for printers and multifunction devices. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract is 5,000 lei excluding VAT, and the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 124,000.00 lei excluding VAT. Procedure: open.
