Framework agreement for the supply of toner consumables for multifunction devices/printers/fax machines within the Central Apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, once only, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders specified in section I.3) Communication of the data sheet. Framework agreement quantities: minimum 40 units – maximum 10,240 units of toner consumables, over a period of 2 years, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the procurement documentation. Minimum estimated total value of the framework agreement for a period of 2 years: 51,514.81 lei excluding VAT; Maximum estimated total value of the framework agreement for a period of 2 years: 16,622,557.40 lei excluding VAT. Quantities of the subsequent contract with the highest value: maximum 5,120 units of toner consumables, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the procurement documentation. The subsequent contract with the highest value is 8,311,278.70 lei excluding VAT. Note: 1. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to purchase products so as to cover the maximum quantity and/or maximum value of the framework agreement. 2.
