Contract for the supply of medical training equipment and apparatus under the PROTEGO project – Resilience and Organization Program for the Effective Treatment of Injuries Caused by Burns and Other Critical Situations” "Portable high-fidelity adult simulator with dynamic airways and lung compliance, for mechanical ventilation scenarios " The contractor will supply the medical equipment in the quantities requested by the contracting authority and having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the tender specifications. Delivery will be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications. Any request for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure shall request clarifications or additional information relating to the procurement documentation. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 12th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. If the contracting authority is selected for the ex-ante review of the contract award procedure, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 98/2017, as subsequently amended and supplemented, it will make the consolidated responses to requests for clarification available to the persons authorized by ANAP through the review decision, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, at least 4 days before the response deadline established in the contract notice, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 8 of Annex No. 1 to Government Decision No. 419/2018. The supplier will deliver a portable high-fidelity adult simulator equipped with dynamic airways and lung compliance, intended for simulating mechanical ventilation scenarios, together with the following consumables: all having the minimum technical characteristics and specifications provided for in the tender specifications.
