The consolidated response will be posted as follows: - EC will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by the 13th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders; - EC will transmit the consolidated response to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity reserves the right not to respond to any request for clarification after the expiry of the deadline specified above.
