Opportunity description

Compania Națională Poșta Română S.A. operates a vehicle fleet consisting of 1283 vehicles throughout the country, for which optimal operating and usage conditions must be ensured. Information regarding the minimum and maximum quantities of each subsequent contract and of the framework agreement can be found in the technical specifications, Annex 1. In this regard, it is necessary to purchase vehicle tyres in quantities compliant with the specific consumption standards, which can ensure safe operation for all vehicles used in all territorial postal subunits. A Framework Agreement for the supply of tyres will be concluded for a period of 36 months from the date of signing, with annual subsequent contracts, with a supplier that will ensure delivery within a maximum of 15 working days from the firm order, to the Company's territorial subunits, for all required types and sizes. The framework agreement will be signed with the first 3 (three) tenderers declared winners, and the award of subsequent contracts will be carried out in cascade (in the order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the tenders). Subsequent contracts will not be awarded by reopening the competition. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. (in compliance with Article 173(1) of Law No. 99/2016).
