Procurement of furnishings within the project “Restoration of the Courtyard of the Black Church Brașov” The main objective of the investment is the rehabilitation, conservation, and improvement of the local religious and tourism infrastructure by restoring the medieval character of the courtyard, highlighting the buildings that define its spatial outline, and functionally diversifying the Black Church, a historical monument of national importance and an essential element of the cultural heritage. The project aims to ensure a balance between conserving historical values and integrating modern elements, thereby contributing to improving residents’ quality of life, creating an attractive and functional urban environment, increasing the tourist appeal of the municipality of Brașov, while also developing economic activity. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The number of days up to which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Insofar as requests for clarification or additional information have been submitted within the previously stipulated period, the Contracting Authority’s responses will be published in SEAP pursuant to Art. 161(1) of Law 98/2016, and the contracting authority will not act upon requests submitted through another means of communication or at a time other than that established.
