The subject of the contract is the preparation of the general urban plan of Roșia Montană commune, Alba County, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, namely Law No. 350/2001 on spatial planning and urbanism and the Methodological Rules for the application of Law No. 350/2001 on spatial planning and urbanism and for the preparation and updating of urban planning documentation approved by MDRAP Order No. 233/2016. The contract for the provision of urban planning services will include completing all stages within the process of preparing the PUG Roșia Montană urban planning documentation, namely the substantiation of the PUG, the initial drafting of the urban planning documentation, obtaining endorsements and/or approvals, and the final drafting of the PUG Roșia Montană documentation, with public information and consultation. The deadline by which clarifications regarding the tender documentation, including the model contract, may be requested: 17 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information related to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
