The purpose of this award procedure is the procurement of various equipment and mechanical assemblies for electron beam experiments to supplement the existing equipment within the contracting authority for carrying out electron beam experimental arrangements, in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and related documents. Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, interested economic operators shall request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, in conjunction with Art. 27 para. (3) of Government Decision No. 395/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
