Procurement of Medicines, in accordance with the Specifications, the annex to the Specifications and the List of Lots in this notice. Economic operators may request clarifications/additional information no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests will be the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting authority reserves the right to resize the contracted quantity pursuant to Art. 221, para. 1, letter e/ and para. 2 of Law 98/2016. If the centralized public procurements organized by the Ministry of Health are finalized during the validity of the framework agreement concluded for the medicines that are the subject of this procedure, the contracting unit will terminate the framework agreement/subsequent contract by written notification without any compensation, and the procurement procedure will proceed in accordance with the new contracts concluded by the Ministry of Health. For the CPV codes related to this procedure, the framework agreement will be concluded on the date of award of the contract for this procedure, and the subsequent contracts will be concluded after the expiry of the validity of both the framework agreements and the subsequent contracts from the procedure currently under way.
