The need to ensure and adapt treatment in accordance with the needs of patients admitted to the “Sf.Maria” Iași Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children entails the purchase of the medicines that are the subject of this procedure (online “open tender” in a single stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement with five economic operators)). Since the caseload and evolution of patients do not allow the exact quantities of medicines to be estimated, and the allocation of financial resources is also somewhat variable, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators.
