36-MONTH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICINES. The need to ensure and adapt treatment in accordance with the needs of patients admitted to the “Sf.Maria” Iași Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children requires the procurement of the medicines that are the subject of this procedure (online “open tender” in a single stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement with five economic operators)). Since the caseload and the evolution of patients do not allow the exact quantities of medicines to be estimated, and the allocation of financial resources is also somewhat variable, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators.
