Opportunity description

The general subject matter of the contract is the supply of MEDICINES AND INFUSION SOLUTIONS. This procedure is initiated for the procurement of 33 lots, and framework agreements will be concluded for a period of 24 months. Estimated value of the procedure: minimum value range 1.434.833.25 – maximum value 2.869.666.50 lei excluding VAT. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is no later than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on a single day, namely the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
