Opportunity description

Framework agreement for the supply of OTC medicines - the quantities related to the framework agreement are detailed in section "II.2 List of lots". Subsequent contracts will generally be awarded semiannually; in certain situations, they may be concluded monthly/quarterly, depending on requirements and the budget allocation for this purpose. The minimum and maximum quantities related to a subsequent contract are specified in "II.2. List of lots". The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 16 days. The contracting authority establishes a single deadline by which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information, on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
