DGASPC Timis intends to conclude a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT having as its object the supply of MEDICINES CPV CODE 33690000-3, procedure divided into lots: LOT 1 MEDICINES FOR THE DIGESTIVE TRACT AND METABOLISM CPV CODE 33610000-9; LOT 2 GENERAL ANTI-INFECTIVES FOR SYSTEMIC USE, VACCINES, ANTINEOPLASTICS AND IMMUNOMODULATORS, CPV CODE 33650000-1; LOT 3 MEDICINES FOR THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM, CPV CODE 33670000-7; LOT 4 MEDICINES FOR THE NERVOUS SYSTEM AND SENSORY ORGANS, CPV CODE 33660000-4; LOT 5 MEDICINES FOR BLOOD, FOR HEMATOPOIETIC ORGANS AND FOR THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM, CPV CODE 33620000-2; LOT 6 MEDICINES USED IN DERMATOLOGY AND FOR THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM, CPV CODE 33630000-5; LOT 7 MEDICINES FOR THE GENITOURINARY SYSTEM AND HORMONES, CPV CODE 33640000-8 The procedure will be completed by concluding a framework agreement, for each individual lot, for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the procurement documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with a MAXIMUM of 2 (two) economic operators, insofar as there is a sufficient number of economic operators that have submitted admissible tenders. If the number of admissible tenders is lower than the maximum number of 2 (two) economic operators provided for in the procurement documentation, the framework agreement will be concluded with the tenderer/tenderers whose tenders will be declared successful following the evaluation. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: subsequent contracts will be concluded every 4 months, depending on the needs and available funds of the contracting authority. The award of subsequent contracts will be carried out without reopening competition among the economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement, in compliance with the technical and financial conditions provided for in the framework agreement. The signing of subsequent contracts is conditional upon the existence of financial resources allocated for this purpose. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders.
