Under the procedure, various medicines and antineoplastic agents will be purchased, according to the breakdown of the subject matter of the public procurement procedure into 116 lots of medicines, in compliance with the conditions set out in the Tender Specifications. Frequency of subsequent contracts - quarterly. The quantities included in the Tender Specifications are estimated quantities. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase either the minimum quantities or the maximum quantities during the framework agreement. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract relating to each lot is specified under each lot, according to this notice. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 118 and 119 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the subsequent contracts will be performed partially with the reopening of competition, where, after applying the price adjustment formula, the value of the financial tender of the economic operators ranked second or third is lower than the value of the tender ranked first. The element subject to retendering will be the tender price (the value of the subsequent contract excluding VAT). Following retendering, the subsequent contract will be concluded with the tenderer ranked first in the new ranking resulting from the application of the calculation formula.
