Opportunity description

Supply of medicines in accordance with the tender specifications. The place where the value of the largest subsequent contract for each individual lot is specified can be found in the LIST OF LOTS, namely the minimum value in the range of the estimated value excluding VAT for each LOT. The amount of the participation guarantee is 1% of the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract, in accordance with Government Decision No. 419/2018. The participation guarantee may be constituted by bank transfer to the account of Pitești County Emergency Hospital opened with the Pitești Treasury, IBAN code RO 40 TREZ 0465006 XXX 009193. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days.
