Opportunity description

The general objective of this procurement is both to provide medical care under optimal conditions and to ensure the best treatment conditions for patients by purchasing the highest-quality IOD capsules. For this purpose, Framework Agreements will be concluded with the first 3 suppliers in the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the tenders, for 24 months, for each lot separately. If the number of tenderers is fewer than 3, the Contracting Authority will conclude the framework agreement only with the tenderer(s) whose tender is declared admissible. Requests for clarification will be submitted by economic operators 20 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders, and the responses to clarifications will be submitted in SICAP on the 11th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. The minimum and maximum quantities established by the Contracting Authority are those specified in the Specifications and the Annex thereto and represent estimates of quantities that may be requested throughout the entire duration of the framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter potentially being lower than, equal to, or higher than those estimated, depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. The maximum values of the Subsequent Contracts are also included in the Annex to the Specifications, which forms part of the procurement documentation.
