The contract to be awarded concerns the procurement of social services for a for a number of 79 children/young people in residential centers – family-type homes. The beneficiaries are children for whom the Cluj Child Protection Commission or the court has decided/ordered placement pursuant to Law No. 272/2004- on respecting and promoting children's rights in Cluj County, through which accommodation, care, non-formal and informal education, development of personal autonomy, and counseling with a view to socio-family and professional integration are to be ensured in accordance with the provisions of the relevant quality standards for residential services for children, namely Order 25/2019- Annex No. 1- on the minimum quality standards for residential social services intended for children in the social protection system. Award procedure: - own procedure applicable in the case of social services and other specific services provided for in Annex No. 2 to Law 98/2016. The award criterion is the best price-quality ratio. Price represents 40% and quality 60 %-the description of how the criteria are applied can be found in the Tender Specifications. Residential social services for 12 boys and 12 girls aged between 7-26 years.
