Design, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective: Rehabilitation, modernization, extension and equipping of the Onești Municipal Sports Club - 3 Perchiului Street, Onești municipality, Bacău County – 14454 The maximum estimated value is 79.987.790,33 lei excluding VAT, consisting of the minimum estimated value of 76.230.991,47 lei excluding VAT + the value relating to additional works, pursuant to Art. 104 para. (8) of Law 98/2016, of 3.756.798,86 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value is 76.230.991,47 lei, excluding VAT, consisting of:  Chapter 3 – Expenditure for design and technical assistance from the designer: 2.564.984,73 lei;  Chapter 4 – Expenditure for the basic investment: 72.570.992,38 lei;  Chapter 5 – Other expenditure: 1.095.014,36 lei, of which: Subchapter 5.1 - Site organization: 1.095.014,36 lei, namely: • Subchapter 5.1.1 – Construction works: 821.260,77 lei; • Subchapter 5.1.2 – Expenditure related to site organization: 273.753,59 lei. Amendment of the contract during its validity period, other than in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Art. 221 of Law No. 98/2016, shall be carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is 28 days and 20 days, respectively, before the deadline for submission of tenders. AC establishes that the deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information is on the 22nd day and the 12th day, respectively, before the deadline for submission of tenders. Award of the works contract having as its object design services - technical design and execution details, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works, the phases:  Technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works – D.T.A.C. including specialist designs and preparation of the documentation for obtaining the approvals necessary for issuance of the Building Permit;  Technical execution design – P.T.+C.S.+D.E.;  Technical documentation for authorizing the execution of the organization of works – D.T.O.E.;  Technological designs and detailed geotechnical study;  Technical assistance during the execution of the works (including determining phases and any modifications to the design);  Preparation of the energy certificate annexed to the acceptance minutes upon completion of the works;  Preparation of the report upon completion of the execution of the permanent works;  “As-built” design for the investment objective: “Rehabilitation, modernization, extension and equipping of the Onești Municipal Sports Club - 3 Perchiului Street, Onești municipality, Bacău County”; This contract is a works contract, CPEAT variant. The duration of the contract is 60 months (1800 days) and comprises:  design: 4 months (120 days);  execution: 20 months (660 days);  performance guarantee period for the works: 36 months (1080 days).
