Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system that will be used to procure commonly available goods intended to ensure the hygiene, cleaning, disinfection and housekeeping of premises, the need for which arises continuously throughout the duration of the system and whose precise scope, quantity and composition are not known in advance, in accordance with the principles of economy, efficiency, equal treatment, non-discrimination and transparency under the ZVO. The goods commonly available on the market will mainly fall under CPV groups 244, 337, 398, 429 and other related CPV codes specified in point 3.5.1 of these tender documents. The range procured through this dynamic purchasing system includes in particular, but is not limited to, the following groups of goods: • cleaning products (products for floors, windows and toilets, kitchen and bathroom cleaners, degreasers) • disinfectants (hand, surface and kitchen disinfectants, disinfectants for sanitary facilities, chlorinated products) • laundry products (washing powders, laundry gels, fabric softeners, bleaches, stain removers) • hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hygiene rolls, liquid soaps, dispenser refills, holders and dispensers, air fresheners) • housekeeping equipment (brooms, cloths, dusters, dustpans, sponges, brushes, squeegees, handles, buckets, waste bags, biological waste bags) • protective and auxiliary equipment (rubber gloves, disposable gloves, protective aprons, shoe covers) • dispensing equipment (dispensers for paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) • other goods of a similar nature that are commonly used to ensure the hygiene, cleaning, disinfection and housekeeping of premises (in particular, but not limited to, the premises of schools and social service facilities) The inclusion of specific goods in the subject matter of individual contracts awarded under the dynamic purchasing system will always be based on the current needs of the public contracting authority and participating entities. The precise specification of the subject matter of individual contracts, including the place of delivery, delivery deadlines and other performance conditions, will be set out in the relevant specific invitation to submit tenders when awarding a particular contract. If a particular contract is co-financed using funds from European Union funds, the invitation to submit tenders will also contain information on the conditions of the funding provider. Socially responsible public procurement requirements and environmental characteristics may be integrated into the detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract in individual specific invitations under the established DNS.
